Longarm Service and Custom Memory Quilts

Home: Welcome

Longarm Quilting

Be Sew Blessed quilt studio is equipped with a state-of-the-art APQS longarm on a 12' frame. The quilting services I provide are hand-guided and your choice of a custom design or edge-to-edge stitch patterns. You can be as involved as you like in planning the custom design for your quilt.  Edge-to-edge means that the quilting will be uniform across the quilt top and not area-specific.

My goal as a quilter is to bring your quilt top to a beautiful finish in a timely and careful manner.  I will walk you through every step of the process from choosing a design and thread color to drop-off/shipping and pick-up/receiving.

What kind of stitch design would you like?

Custom designs:  Browse my gallery and blog posts to see a sample of my work, or share your ideas with me. Sometimes I find great ideas on Pinterest, too! Need me to design the custom work for you? No problem!

Edge-to-edge: Take a look at the pantographs I have available here. For additional options, search any of these websites below. If you find a pantograph that I don't own, I'm happy to split the cost with you to buy it for your project. Search the terms pantograph or edge-to-edge (E2E) to find the right type of designs.

Not sure where to start?

I would love to help! When you book your quilt with me, you even have the option to have me pick the design entirely and/or make the thread choice. Easy, right?!

Custom Memory Quilts

Memories are precious.  Life changes, sometimes so quickly, and keeping hold of the things that are dear can seem impossible.  Whether it’s a season in the life of a young one or honoring the life of one who's gone home, a quilt to wrap up in can help you touch a time gone by. Let me help you preserve your memories!  I create custom quilts made from clothing. Popular T-shirt quilts can be made in the traditional block layout- with or without extra borders- or a more modern mosaic layout like stained glass (my favorite).  Grandpa's button-down shirts and Mom's blouses are stunning in a variety of pieced quilt patterns. The options are limitless!  The process begins with contacting me to begin designing your custom project. I'll help you navigate all those options!  Next, I will receive your clothing items (whole and laundered) and your project deposit.  I will create a layout sample for you to approve and then prepare the clothing for construction. I'll create your project in my studio, providing all of the high-quality materials necessary to finish the quilt.  It is a special blessing to use my craft in this way.  Space is limited, so reach out today to reserve your project on my calendar!
